Returns:
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns unless the items you received are damaged or incomplete. If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, please contact us immediately at office.pikart@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at office.pikart@gmail.com as soon as possible. We accept cancellations only if they are requested before the item is shipped.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office.pikart@gmail.com and send your item to the provided mailing address.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
